**Basement Systems Quebec** is currently looking for a junior _**SALES Manager / trainer **_to join our diverse and talented team in Laval. Basement Systems Quebec offers tailor-made solutions for basements, attics and crawl spaces

**As a Sales Coach**, you will be responsible for executing our comprehensive training programs to our sales team, enhancing the overall knowledge and competence, enabling them to effectively understand, promote, and offer our services. You will play a pivotal role in coaching our sales team and ultimately driving sales and customer satisfaction.

**The Responsibility**:

- Training / coach new sales representatives 3-4 times a year in the classroom setting as well as on the field
- Deliver our interactive training programs, product demonstrations and interactive online resources to our sales team
- Working in coordination with Sales Manager and support sales meetings
- Ability to run your own leads and earn more money
- **No worries about prospecting **LEADS Confirmed pre-set quality appointments. Our in-house professional appointment center will schedule your sales appointments
- Assess the training needs and tailor training programs considering the varying levels of technical knowledge and expertise
- Do coaching calls and provide ongoing support to sales teams by answering technical inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and offering guidance on product positioning and effective selling strategies
- Give feedback on proposals and performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent messaging
- Enforce style guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to company standards
- Do necessary admin/paperwork
- **The position relies on a broad experience (sales and training) and judgement to plan and accomplish sales goals**:

- 3 years' proven Sales and Training experience - good track record
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fully bi-lingual
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Disciplined and motivated
- Good listening skills
- Ability to actively follow up
- Likes to consult and help people
- Good knowledge of computer programs
- 100% ready to learn and use our exclusive sales program
