**Position Overview**:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated **Siding Installers** to join our team. As a crucial part of our crew, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of siding on residential and commercial properties across Ottawa. Your expertise in siding techniques and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality work that enhances the aesthetics and durability of buildings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install various types of siding, including vinyl, wood, aluminum, and fiber cement, according to blueprints and specifications.
- Measure and cut siding materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment.
- Secure siding materials using nails, screws, or other fastening systems while ensuring a consistent appearance and tight seal.
- Repair and replace damaged or deteriorated siding, matching existing colors and styles for a seamless finish.
- Use hand and power tools such as saws, hammers, drills, and siding brakes safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly storing tools and materials.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate safety gear on the job site.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience as a siding installer or in a similar construction role.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and construction plans related to siding installation.
- Strong knowledge of siding installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Experience working with various types of siding (vinyl, wood, aluminum, fiber cement).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift, carry, and install siding materials.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
