**Job Title: Carpenter Apprentice**

**Job Type: Full-Time**

**Pay: $22 - $27 per hour (Depending on Experience)**

As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your carpentry skills under the guidance of experienced professionals in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Assist experienced carpenters in various construction tasks, including demolition, framing, window and door installation, siding, insulation, drywall, flooring, and cabinetry.
- Learn to read and interpret construction plans accurately.
- Aid in material take-offs and ordering.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient project execution.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills through on-the-job training.

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- Minimum 2-years field experience required.
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the carpentry trade.
- Motivated, hardworking, reliable, and a team player.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of construction tools and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines.
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle with a clean driving abstract.
