**Key Responsibilities**:

- Utilize key project information to estimate time and resources required to complete embroidery projects
- Set up embroidery machines and select the thread and fabric that will be used for each project;
- Troubleshoot and report any challenges that arise with the machine;
- Providing timely and informative status updates on project statuses;
- Utilize key resources to resolve order challenges;
- Balance multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
