We are seeking a detail-oriented, conscientious individual who is an expert in Excel, QuickBooks and other financial management software programs. This Bookkeeper will be responsible for performing a range of financial tasks including data entry, preparing finance reports and audits, reviewing statements and reconciliations, and completing general bookkeeping tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Record and verify financial transactions.
- Prepare bank statements, employee paychecks, and tax documents.
- Keep company records organized and up-to-date.
- Use various accounting tools to record and analyze financial data.
- Calculate and account for payroll taxes for employees.
- Assist customers with finding financial information.
- Answer customer's questions about accounts or billing issues.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
