**Contract Type: Fixed Term, Full Time (12 month)**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Engagement**
- Provide general guidance to employers on the reporting process in the Practical Experience Reporting Tool (PERT) system;
**Administration**
- Develop procedure manuals and appropriate templates for the various types of new programs, resources and communications;
**Team Support**
- Recommend new initiatives for supports and improvements to current policies and processes;
- Participate in training programs and be knowledgeable in areas related to CPA practical experience requirements;
- Develop procedure manuals and appropriate templates for new program initiatives; and

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience;
- Five (5) plus years of related experience;
- CPA designation and/or recruitment experience may be an asset;
- Understanding of the CPA Practical Experience Requirements (PER) and the Practical Experience Reporting Tool (PERT) is preferred, but not required;
- Prior experience developing and delivering presentations and webinars;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail;
- Ability to travel outside of the Lower Mainland for outreach activities (10%);
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and Zoom;
- Sound problem solving and critical thinking skills.
