We are presently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Front of House professional to join our new location for the position of Restaurant manager/**Bar Manager. **If you are a sports fanatic even more.

The Restaurant Manager at the Sports bar will be responsible for delivering elevated food and beverage service and exceptional hospitality to our Guests. The Manager’s leadership, passion and commitment to teamwork will inspire others, ensuring that the quality service and safety standards are upheld. Manager will be responsible for creating a positive and energetic work environment and should possess an entrepreneurial spirit. Front-line Management role will ensure to deliver the exceptional guest service and experience.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Ensure to provide best guest service at the bar and bar is properly stocked at all times
- Staying current with the global trends of new drinks and sports bar
- Updating top brand of beer lists and maintaining inventory.
- Training and developing staff by showing them everything from service techniques to alcohol law and make sure all have mandatory serving course and certificates.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of sports and sports schedules
- Satisfy all customer requirements by ensuring that the service is constantly maintained at a consistently high standard with focus on regular clientele at the bar
- Set a good example for the staff with regard to punctuality, attendance, attitude, and hygiene
- Assess staff training needs and provide relevant training
- Ensure guest drinks are prepared and served according to company standards and as efficiently as possible
- Carry out ordering of supplies as and when necessary
- Carry out accurate end of the day and closing procedures
- Communicate regularly and efficiently with the General Manager and Executive Chef
- Constantly strive to improve the standards of hygiene and service throughout the bar
- Ordering all L/W/B on a weekly basis and keeping records of purchase.
- Entering new items in to the inventory and POS systems
- Be commercially aware in order to continuously drive the business forward
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Shift Leader, Day Manager, Night Manager, Bar Manager or Assistant General Manager at a high volume, premium casual restaurant
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as hospitality or business administration will be an asset
- Inspiring and rallying a team to achieve its highest potential and then driving it to the next level.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
