**Qualifications**: No formal certifications are required, however demonstrated skill sets and relevant experience will be considered. Experience in a church and weekly worship setting is also a plus. Other qualifications include:

- Is eligible to work in Canada and the Province of BC. (i.e. has a SIN number).

**Responsibilities**:
1. Attend weekly 10 am worship to work with volunteers and ensure inhouse and live stream a/v systems are working properly.

2. Manage and coordinate the church's audio-visual needs, including sound, lighting, video, livestreaming and other A/V equipment. This also includes week to week insertion of visual aids for inhouse and live stream content (prepared by others).

3. Organize and schedule volunteers for various A/V tasks during church services and events.

4. Guide and act as central point of contact on the upgrade of the church's speaker system, ensuring simplicity of use, optimal sound quality, performance. Helping us consider the appropriate use and selection of ALD’s (assistive listening devices for the hard of hearing).

5. Assist in the development and management of the church's YouTube live streaming ministry.

6. Train volunteers on the use of A/V equipment and live streaming procedures.

7. Prepare and keep current AV procedural documentation.

8. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of A/V equipment.

9. Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to plan and execute A/V needs for additional church services and events.

10. Maintain the church's A/V inventory, including login credentials for local computer and online services necessary for seamless production.

11. Stay current with the latest A/V technology trends and recommend upgrades.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
