**Job Summary**

Our unique design approach to meet customers needs and budgets has our team very busy and we're looking to add another member

We are looking for a qualified individual to schedule, resolve (on-site) and bill all customer related service requests for our clients around the fraser valley. A company vehicle will be provided for travel to and between jobsites - This vehicle will be located at our head office in Abbotsford.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Day To Day:
Based on your experience and skills on a typical day you might:

- Take customer calls and requests from clients with service issues
- Resolve issues remotely or schedule an on-site visit
- Commute to client sites and observe, troubleshoot and resolve client issue
- Coordinate with logistics department for repairs, loaners and parts needed
- Implement and manage a service agreement program that clients can take part in to receive pro-active service or preferred service response times. (opportunity for additional pay via commission)
- Use Sage accounting to bill out service calls that have been completed
- Depending on availability it is likely you may also join one of our install crews on an installation if there are no scheduled service visits that day.

**Qualifications and Skills**

People Skill Requirements:

- A professional appearance and attitude with superior customer service skills and experience greeting and communicating with clients
- A team player - being able to work with a team of driven individuals accomplishing a common goal
- Being flexible - understanding that the customers needs come first and sometimes requires working a longer day (with paid overtime when approved)

Job Skill Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience installing AV systems, or electrical work
- Proficiency with Basic networking and troubleshooting
- Experience with Crestron Toolbox, Extron Global Configurator Plus/Pro
- Experience with accessing and troubleshooting shooting audio DSP software such as Symetrix, QSC Qsys, Audio Architect
- iPhone or Android Smartphone
- Solder XLR, 1/4" TS/TRS, 1/8" TS/TRS, RCA, DB9 termination experience
- Compression RG6, RG59 termination experience
- Crimp RJ45 UTP and STP termination experience
- Fibre LC MM/SM termination experience
- Google Appls (Gmail, Google Calendar)
- Use of hand and Power Tools

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
