**Lead Our Digital Marketing Team**

**To Drive Success In Our Digital Interactions**

**(12 month contract opportunity)**

The **Vice-President, Digital** leads a cross-functional team with oversight and ownership of all digital marketing efforts which includes developing and evolving the digital marketing roadmap, creating and executing on the annual digital marketing plan, as well as being responsible for the budget and the Digital organizational structure to ensure the best support delivery and success.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will oversee digital projects, programs, and advertising, as well as leverage analytic tools to support growth and improvement. Additionally, you will support CPA Ontario’s overall strategic priorities, the success of the brand and drive benefit for our members by leveraging digital and direct insights that support the achievement of KPI’s.

**Your expertise empowers you to**:
**Continually evaluate our current digital marketing ecosystem** to drive strategic recommendations and project delivery on priorities that enhance overall UX and usability

**Develop and manage a product roadmap and budget** for ongoing improvement and capital investment opportunities

**Own the digital dashboard** and communicate and track performance of the digital KPI’s

**Support the development and integration of contact strategies and tools** that support direct marketing advancement and best practices.

**Education and Experience**:
You hold an undergraduate degree and digital certificates and/or designations in analytics, combined with a minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience and a history of success in digital/direct marketing.

**Proven skills and abilities**:
**Digital Marketing Expertise**: You have a deep understanding of web analytics, SEO, conversion optimization, paid media, and lead generation; experience with Google Analytics and Google Search 360, and experience with technology platforms including Microsoft Cloud and Salesforce.

**Results**: You are a balanced strategic and tactical thinker with superior project management and organization skills. You have the proven ability to work well under pressure within a deadline-driven environment generating and driving success in digital interactions.

**Leadership**:You have proven track record of leading and coaching high performing teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. You thrive in ambiguity and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and partners.

**Communications Skills**: You are a strong communicator capable of clearly articulating and presenting ideas, framing problems and offering solutions at an executive level.

**Diplomacy, Interpersonal and Relationship Building Skills**: You are effective in dealing fairly, frankly, and professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. You are able to navigate issues and gain support without adversely affecting timelines and outcomes.
