**Our new Business Analyst will**:

- ** Ask the hard questions.** You will facilitate discovery sessions where you need to skillfully and artfully frame the business problem from ambiguous and unstructured conversations with key stakeholders seeking to develop their Metaverse strategy.
- **Know our Customers. And Deliver.** You will validate that the solution design meets business and functional requirements in a measurable way. You are energized by writing clear business requirements and designs to ensure the team sees the vision and knows how to execute it.
- **Be a Storyteller.** You will bring your passion for writing to develop prospect presentations and proposal documents.


**Our new Business Analyst brings**:

- ** Experience.** You bring 1-3 years of working as (preferably) a Management Consultant. You are knowledgeable about industry-standard business and process management methods and approaches (i.e. Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma).
- **Industry Knowledge.** You have a good understanding of the games industry, management consulting for large enterprises and/or have good industry knowledge of the AR/VR/AI/ML fields.
- **Curiosity.** You have the urge to explore new ideas so that you can meaningfully contribute to the culture of a team who is innovating on complex business challenges to bring creatively simple and elegant solutions. You embrace the unknown and thrive in ambiguity while understanding the possibilities it brings.
