Pour assurer le succès, un SME devrait posséder une feuille de route exceptionnelle dans l’évaluation des besoins organisationnels et le pionnier de l’amélioration des solutions techniques. Les SME exceptionnelles améliorent l’efficacité organisationnelle en appliquant leurs connaissances spécialisées pour résoudre des défis commerciaux complexes.

1) Responsabilités
- Appliquer l’expertise dans l’évaluation des opérations et des processus opérationnels.
- Créer des documents de référence, y compris des guides d’utilisateur et manuels de formation.
- Améliorer la performance de l’entreprise en identifiant les zones problématiques ou à risque et en fournissant des solutions pertinentes.
- Superviser la mise à l’essai, la mise en œuvre ou le déploiement, ainsi que la formation.
- Soutenir la gestion de projet pour les initiatives de transformation.
- Déterminer si les solutions techniques répondent aux exigences définies.
- Documenter les processus et diffuser l’information à tous les intervenants pertinents.
- Prendre en charge de la relation avec nos fournisseurs et l’équipe informatique de KDP.

2) Exigences
- Gestion des technologies d’entreprise ou diplôme similaire
- 1-3 ans d’expérience de travail dans un domaine pertinent.
- Connaissance des opérations commerciales et de la gestion de projet.

3) Compétences
- Capacité à recommander et à mettre en œuvre des solutions techniques.
- Proactif; saisit les occasions et agit en conséquence; est à l’origine de l’action et a la capacité d’apprendre rapidement.
- Capable d’établir et de maintenir rapidement des relations avec des collègues de travail.
- Réceptif aux nouvelles idées; désireux et capable de s’adapter à l’évolution des circonstances.
- Engagé dans l’atteinte et le maintien de la qualité; établit des normes élevées et des objectifs de performance pour soi-même et les autres, est responsable.
- Solides compétences en communication. Communique oralement d’une manière claire et fluide, à la fois parlée et écrite.
- Organisé et à l’aise avec le multitâche.

Exigences:
**IT Analyst (Business System Analyst - Subject Matter Expert)**

1) Responsibilities
- Build technical reference information, including user guides, and training manuals.
- Improve performances by identifying the problematic areas and providing relevant solutions.
- Oversee the design, testing, implementation or deployment, and training of technical solutions.
- Provide project management support and SME expertise for business transformation initiatives.
- Determine whether technical solutions meet defined requirements.
- Document processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.
- Own relations with our vendors and KDP’s IT team.

2) Requirements
- Business Technology Management or similar degree
- 1-3 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise.
- Knowledge of business operations and project management.

3) Competencies
- Ability to recommend and implement technical solutions for cross-functional projects.
- Proactive and self-starting; seizes opportunities and acts upon them; originates action and has the capacity to learn quickly.
- Able to quickly establish and maintain relationships colleagues in other departments.
- Adaptable; receptive to new ideas; willing and able to adjust to changing circumstances.
- Committed to the achievement and maintenance of quality; sets high standards and goals of performance for self and others, is accountable.
- Strong communication skills. Communicates orally in a manner which is clear, fluent, and to the point, both spoken and written.
