**NOTE: This is a full time, temporary position, ending on or before October 31, 2023, with the possibility of extension. This position will also provide support when required at both our Patricia and Souch Campuses.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support coordination and delivery of exam services and accommodations for students with disabilities
- Invigilate exams ensuring exam integrity and security is maintained by adhering to NAIT assessment standards and procedures
- Support the acquisition, production and maintenance of alternate formatted exams and course reading materials
- Provide technical support related to the assistive technology used in exam delivery
- Prepare and maintain accurate examination and assessment schedules, across all campuses
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and follow FOIP standards
- Document and track student exams and activities for third party auditing requirements and government reporting purposes
- Respond diplomatically and empathetically to student concerns; resolve issues that may arise while invigilating exams
- Collect, organize, and record data

**Skills & Abilities**:

- Significant knowledge in the operation of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge and experience with databases, learning management systems, and student administration systems such as PeopleSoft
- Knowledge of assistive technology and software, such as TextHelp-ReadWrite.
- Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and use creative problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of the Alberta Human Rights legislation and duty to accommodate
- Good understanding of learning challenges encountered by students
- Proficiency in conducting work in a virtual capacity

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum post-secondary diploma required
- Minimum 1-year related experience in an administrative capacity; preference given for experience in a post-secondary environment

**Remuneration**: $1,745.26 - $2,178.73 biweekly plus a comprehensive benefit package. (Classification - Student Advisor I).
- This position is covered by the AUPE (Alberta Union of Provincial Employees) Collective Agreement._
