National Accounts Director

**Responsibilities**:

- Hunt and drive profitable new revenue growth through the formulation, verification, and execution of national account sales plan
- Develop in-depth understanding each account environment by visiting clients, understanding clients’ needs and requirements, presenting SkyBitz’s solutions and value propositions, providing an ROI for each potential new client and preparing sales proposal for each opportunity and securing profitable deals for the company.
- Develop strong relationships within all existing and prospect clients by establishing solid contacts with multiple levels of each targeted organization.
- Develop and coordinate professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers within assigned accounts within the targeted areas of expertise.
- Follow up on sales leads in assigned accounts to assure that sales opportunities are fully and properly qualified and followed up on accordingly.
- Communicate and demonstrate all features and values of the company’s solutions, demonstrate thorough knowledge of SkyBitz’s products and services in order to maximize business opportunities and support increase utilization of the company’s solutions and technologies within its client base.
- Conduct online sales presentations, and conference calls when appropriate in order to execute the sales cycle in an effective and cost controlled manner.
- Represent company at trade shows and partner-based user group meetings as per assigned schedules.
- Conduct business reviews and provide insights/suggestions for improvements with identified customers and business partners.
- Be a conduit to product marketing and engineering by communicating and defining customer requirements in addition to communicating product/solution concepts and solutions to customers
- Accurately forecast sales opportunities on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Maintain consistent pipeline of existing and prospective business

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of relevant functional (sales, strategy and corporate development, channel management) experience in a fast-paced technology or transportation environment.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in solution sales, telecommunications, information technology, software and understanding in the telematics and M2M industries are a must.
- Demonstrate leadership skills in leading a complex sale to large national corporations.
- Ability to understand complex solutions and concisely articulate the value propositions in such a way that is easily understood by target audiences.
- Ability to communicate extremely well both verbally and written.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations to internal and external audiences.
- Has working experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or SalesForce.
- Experienced with conducting sales webinars to perspective customers
- Proven success of quota over-attainment during the past several years
- Proven success in developing new business while managing and growing existing client sales
