**What you will be doing**:
Ownership of all things Project Management
- Facilitate the execution of customer projects by leading project teams of highly skilled developers
- Work with developers to determine the best and most appropriate solutions to technical problems related to Real-Time Communication (RTC)
- Daily communication in person or over the phone with customers, developers, testers and all persons with a valued interest in the project
- Prioritizing and multitasking between multiple client projects on a daily basis
- Deliver RTC solutions in-scope, on-time, and on-budget
- Follow best practices for project management and delivery
- Reporting to the VP of Professional Services - communicating project status and trouble-shooting project-related risks and concerns

**The must-haves**:

- Must be able to legally work in Canada or United States
- Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science or equivalent
- 2 years of programming experience in C#/.NET and/or Java
- 2 years experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal technical communication - professional, clear, and concise
- Ability to adapt and learn new technologies quickly
- A self-starter able to independently manage time for multiple projects

**The nice-to-haves**:

- Experience in WebRTC (Real-Time Communications)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a team-focused attitude
- Experience communicating with customers
