About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team and develop their career within a supportive and knowledgeable group of professionals. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design and planning of municipal infrastructure projects and gain hands-on experience working closely with senior engineers, specialist engineers, project managers, and client managers. As a junior member of our team, you’ll work on impactful projects while learning from experienced mentors. Key Responsibilities
- Project Support: Assist in the design, planning, and execution of municipal and land development projects.
- Documentation: Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and other documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, including engineers, technologists, and other professionals, learning to coordinate effectively within a project environment.
- Learning and Development: Participate in ongoing training and mentorship opportunities, actively engaging with senior engineers to develop your technical skills.
- Site Visits and Fieldwork: Assist with site assessments and inspections, gaining valuable hands-on experience under the guidance of senior staff.
Salary
The annual salary range for this position is anticipated to be $70,000 – $100,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
