Vitality Juice Co. Is Durham Region’s only 100% organic juice bar and superfood cafe located in Whitby, Ontario. We make everything in-house with the highest quality ingredients. We are a young company and need an excellent team to ensure seamless operations of our store and company as a whole. **Roles and Responsibilities**
- Greet all customers with fast, friendly and personalized service, developing relationships with customers by learning their names and favourite products
- Be able to guide, recommend and upsell products to customers
- Prepare coffee, tea, lattes, smoothies, smoothie bowls and toasts
- Maintain and develop consistent product knowledge
- Share products with customer by sampling
- Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness
- Share information/customer feedback with shop manager and owner
- Keep the highest standards of service and cleanliness
- Perform all assigned duties including cleaning and food prep

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Proper handling of all equipment including blenders, juicers, food processors etc.
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Willingness to work as part of the team and to get everything done
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Able to work quickly and calmly under pressure
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Strong work ethic and integrity, have effective time management skills
- Reliable transportation

**Essentials of the job**:

- The ability to work on your feet for an extended period of time an lift up to 30 pounds
