Sales Rep

**Responsibilities**:
- Increase sales and branch revenue
- Establishing new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites
- Develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
**Requirements**:
- Previous outside sales experience within the construction industry
- Proficient with computers
- Exceptional organizations skills
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, sales or business administration.
Conditions of Employment
- Must have valid class 5 driver’s license.
- A recent driver’s abstract will be required.
Compensation Data
- Base salary ($40K) plus uncapped commissions, offering limitless earning potential based on sales achievements.
- Company vehicle, gas card, expense card, laptop and cellphone are provided.
