**Job description**:
Snappy is looking for a Marketing Coordinator role. You will be key contributor to Snappy’s business expansion strategy, driving sustainable business growth, developing strong relationship with partners and leading marketing execution.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the marketing & sales team:

- Update and maintain accurate product information, presentations and literature
- Schedule, review and implement marketing campaigns across all channels.
- Monitor active campaigns ensuring they are successfully delivering and help to coordinate new campaigns.
- Coordinating, editing, and optimising marketing materials, ensuring it is accurate, relevant and adheres to the brand voice.
- Compile written activity list updates of sales rep activities for monthly manager’s meetings
- Assist sales & marketing team with trade show preparations, booth designs, planning and set up
- Create & Design branded advertising campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Support with the development of campaign creatives:

- Design and layout research
- Intermediate Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop & Premiere Pro skills
- Updating and creating marketing content

Website & Google Analytics:

- Experience working with GA4 & Google Tag Manager
- Webflow Certified is a plus
- Google Certified is a plus

Assist with the management of client relations via:

- Customer Success through championing customer inquiries and creating graphic and video responses to address frequently asked questions
- Working with Customer Success and conducting outreach to clients to ensure they are satisfied with their SaaS products
- Having a strong knowledge of our product offerings and using that knowledge to communicate with clients and answering questions

- Previous experience in business development role in marketplace platform preferred.

- Highly motivated, self-disciplined individual with a strong work ethic

- Must enjoy working with existing customers and have excellent customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
