Global Sensor Systems is searching for a **Technical Customer Service Representative** to join our growing team

**Who we are**:
**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing individual to work as a **Technical Customer Service Representative**. Tasks include providing technical support for existing products and designs, operational activities and outreach calls (lead generation and follow-up) to potential customers.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with flexibility on start and end times as needed.

**What You’ll Do**:
Work closely with customers to increase sales, provide technical support, and assist in product assembly and testing.

Other tasks include:

- Source potential customers that need or could benefit from GSS products through internet research and outreach by phone.
- Set-up client calls/webinars to further promote solutions and services.
- Present proposals to clients to ensure their understanding of the offering and obtain feedback associated with requirements to fulfill or meet the clients’ expectations.
- Systematically log client interactions and quote activity.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Follow-up with clients on projects and proposals frequently in order to stay up to date with project status.
- Effectively resolve problems.

**What You Need**:

- College/University Education in Electronics Technology or Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner.
- Strong Command of the English Language.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, and professionally at all times.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior staff, vendors and team members.
- Conscientious with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Able to work both independently and as a member of a team, providing specialized technical advice and guidance to others.
- Strong process, organizational, planning and time management skills.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-started who is capable of working with mínimal supervision.
