**Position Overview**:
As a **Board Director**, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization. You’ll collaborate with fellow board members and staff to ensure effective governance, financial stewardship, and the implementation of our mission to provide affordable housing opportunities to those in need.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to ensure the success of our programs and initiatives.
- Participate in board meetings, contributing your expertise and ideas to key decisions.
- Support fundraising efforts and community outreach to strengthen our impact.
- Ensure financial health by reviewing budgets, financial reports, and helping to secure funding.
- Advocate for the organization and its mission in the community, building relationships with stakeholders, partners, and donors.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Strong commitment to our mission of affordable housing and community development.
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in the non-profit sector or with housing initiatives.
- Background in areas such as finance, law, real estate, community development, or public policy is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with diverse perspectives.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
