**_Amicus and Terra HX are seeking Full Time, Part Time and Casual Operators _**

We have several positions available for Vac & Combo Truck operators. Do you work part time already? No problem... we will work around your availability, although preference is given to those with flexible availability.

Amicus and Terra HX are Hamilton based companies. Our Team has a wide, diverse range, combined 50+ years of experience. We are known as the company that is flexible, dependable, and trustworthy. Amicus and Terra HX assist and manage a broad range of services such as Hydro Vac, Training, Rescue Standby, and Health & Safety Consulting requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and the public
- Complete all paperwork and reports required for operational tasks
- Safely operate the hydro vacuum system outside the truck and perform other duties such as clean-up, mobilization, and general maintenance
- Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
- Be able to work days, nights, weekends, and overtime as the workload dictates
- Responsibilities as otherwise assigned by Operational Management

**Experience, Qualifications & Education**:

- Valid AZ or DZ license with clean abstract
- Previous hydro-vac, trucking, vacuum truck, or another related field preferred
- Experience in a labour-intensive position and working outside in all types of weather conditions
- Mechanical inclination is an asset

**Requirements/Abilities**:

- Have flexible availability
- Be able to repeatedly lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Be able to work in all outdoor elements
- Be a strategic thinking - look for solutions outside the box, strong problem-solving skills
- Have strong written and communication skills, fluency in English a must
- Have excellent team building, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Be cleared to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Be able to climb ladder, and work from stationary platforms from elevated heights
- Be able to work extended hours and variable shifts
- Ability to follow Environmental Health & Safety programs and procedures

**Compensation & Benefits**:
Hourly rate will be based on experience and qualifications
