**Ambulatory Care Unit**
Reporting to the Manager ‑ Ambulatory Care Services the successful applicant will work as a Receptionist / Booking
Clerk for Fracture Clinic and Ambulatory Care Services.
Qualifications:
- Secondary school diploma with a certificate in Secretarial Arts or equivalent experience (3 years minimum)
- Certificate in Medical Terminology or equivalent experience ( 3 years minimum)
- Must possess good interpersonal skills including an excellent customer focused approach to patients and families
- Must be highly organized and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, including telephone and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience using Community Wide Scheduling for booking purposes
- Previous experience working with out patient clinic bookings required
Salary Range: $26.588 to 27.221
