**YOUR ROLE**

The Paid Media Specialist will be an essential part of the Digital Commerce team, focused on the planning, execution, and optimization of our paid media strategies across various channels. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive successful marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact with our media agency, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Provide comprehensive information, content, and copy necessary for the setup of media campaigns, aligning with our brand voice and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to gather insights and materials required for campaign success.
- Responsible for the management and oversight of campaign invoices, ensuring accurate billing and adherence to budgets.
- Review performance data, generating detailed reports and insights to guide future strategies.
- Implement continuous optimization strategies for live campaigns, adjusting targeting, creative assets, and budget allocation based on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid media to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.

**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a paid media or digital advertising role, preferably with some agency coordination experience.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads,) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics-driven decision making and a keen eye for detail.
- Creativity and innovation in developing advertising strategies and creative assets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ad management and tracking tools.
