Property Maintenance and Construction Laborer

Greater Sudbury, Canada Sudbury Apartment Rentals Limited Full time

This position requires physical stamina, as it involves lifting heavy objects, working in various weather conditions, and standing for long periods of time. The ability to follow instructions, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Snow removal, plowing, and shoveling
- Grass cutting and groundskeeping
- Moving appliances and general property maintenance tasks
- Material acquisition and delivery
- On-call availability for tenant emergencies
- Ability to drive and haul trailers as needed

**Work Hours**:

- 8 am to 5 pm, with opportunities for overtime
- Two fifteen-minute breaks and a half-hour lunch provided

**Salary**:

- Starting wage at $52,000 per year

**Required Qualifications**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility for on-call tenant emergencies
- Capability to drive and haul trailers as necessary

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
