We are looking for a dynamic **Spa Manager** to lead our small team. A passionate and energetic professional who can effortlessly move between strategic management as well as being a hands-on leader who can support the team in daily operations.
With a passion for spa and wellness, you will assist in creating luxury experiences for our guests through inspiring the team to create memorable moments each day.

This is a fast-paced environment, and you will be juggling multiple priorities from:

- Hands on treatments, carrying out all services offered at the Spa.
- Opening and closing the spa.
- Dealing with customer care and concerns.
- Daily reports, handling end of day financials.
- Inventory control, product usage and orders.
- Staff training and support, ensuring that therapists and receptionist are fully trained in all key areas such as treatment performance, retail sales and reception tasks.
- Hiring new staff.
- Maximize Spa revenues by analyzing the day to day bookings, future bookings and coordinating schedules and services.
- Handle customer concerns and or complaints with a confident ability to resolve the issue.
- Assist with spa housekeeping duties & laundry.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and retail for the spa facility.

**Pre-requisites**:

- High school diploma or Equivalent
- Esthetics Diploma or Massage Therapy

Schedule:

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- 8-hour shifts

**Experience**:

- Esthetics Diploma or RMT: 3 years
- Spa environment work experience: 3 years
- Spa supervisor / Lead Therapist: 1 year (preferred)
