**Requirements**:

- Two to four years of Carbon Fibre or Fibreglass manufacturing experience
- Have a good knowledge for fibre directions, orientation and fibre alignment.
- Have a good knowledge of composite manufacturing processes such as RTM, resin infusion, hand layup and vacuum consolidation with epoxy, polyester and vinyl ester resin systems
- Efficiently use calibrated equipment and machinery as part of assembly processes and component manufacturing
- Ability to read/follow technical drawings, operator work instructions and process specifications.
- Set-up and trouble shoot braiding equipment and setting up oven cures a requirement.
- Comfortable using common hand tools and power tools
- Utilize the proper chemicals; must be able to understand safety data and shelf-life information.
- Provide direction to operators in the absence of a supervisor. Problem solving skills required to trouble shoot machining malfunctions
