CGI-Victoria is seeking a Project Support Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of dedicated Members providing support to the Project Managers and project teams who deliver technology services to our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements
- Support the creation, maintenance, and proper filing of project status reports and external/internal meeting minutes
- Support the project teams with other document or material development as required for the various projects
- Provide logístical support to project teams for submitting assignment requests, booking meetings, maintaining distribution lists, following up with assigned resources on action items, etc.
- Complete monthly time summary roll-ups and initiate project client reporting and invoicing through Project Administration Team
- Maintain the Project Deliverables Checklist for all projects and ensure all documentation is filed on Ensemble with appropriate client and internal approvals
- Act as the main point of contact with the Project Administration and Project Control Teams to ensure consistent and efficient processing of all tasks such as new engagement setup, resource assignments, sub-contractor initiation requests, time report adjustment requests, etc.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- 1-2 years related experience in a Consulting or IT department environment supporting Project Managers
- Solid understanding of MS Office Suite 2010
- Experience with processing invoices

**NICE TO HAVE**:

- General knowledge of accounting, project management, PeopleSoft; process management
- A clear understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the Project Administration Team within the CGI Victoria office.
- CAPM certification
