Kim-Cor LTD is looking for a Maintenance/Labour worker. In this role, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and grounds keeping tasks at multiple commercial locations. This includes grass cutting, outside cleaning, garbage removal, snow removal during the winter months and other duties assigned. You must have the ability to work independent and as part of a team. Worker, must be available to start work early mornings and able to work on weekends. The following qualifications are required;
A valid driver's licence and driver's abstract required,

Criminal record check required,

Excellent communication skills,

Attention to details,

Ability to lift heavy objects, and

Ability and have knowledge to operate lawn equipment and power tools safely and effectively.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required
