Sales Associate

RETAIL RESPONSIBILITIES:
** POSITION LOCATED IN NIVERVILLE, MANITOBA**
- Attending to customer’s complaints and inquiries
- Managing sales inventory
- Undertaking transactions
- Assisting customers through their buying process
- Carrying out visual merchandise and directing customers to the merchandise within the store
- Taking charge of maintenance of products and displays on the sales floor
- Greeting and welcoming customers on arrival
- Providing excellent customer service
- Analyzing financial transactions, resolving money-back issues, and balancing and cash registers
- Having knowledge of sales and the correct prices of products
- Notifying customers of promotions of special offers
- Ensuring orderliness on the floor, and maintaining a positive attitude
- Giving information on product features, uses, and benefits to customers
- Assisting customers in locating certain products, and showing them how they are used
- Recommending to customers the best products that suit their need
- Ensuring total customers’ satisfaction through high-quality sales service
- Crosschecking and maintaining stock
- Processing payments using POS (Point of Sale)
- Communicating with customers to identify what exactly they need
- Packing and unpacking new product arrivals

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.80-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
