Sales Consultant

Wiens Furniture is currently looking to grow their Sales Associate team in Niverville, MB

**Overview**
Wiens is a family owned and operated furniture, appliance, and mattress retail store located 20 minutes South of Winnipeg, in the thriving town of Niverville. The Wiens family started their humble operations in 1939 as a harness and shoe repair shop. They have evolved over the years, and four generations later, are now a leader in the furniture, appliance, and mattress retail market for Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba. Our store showcases 20,000 sq ft of retail space which includes Great Furniture brands such as Palliser Decor - Rest & Stressles, with 5,000 sq ft of that being a new state-of-the art appliance showroom. With this new expansion we have been able to establish ourselves as leaders in the high-end appliance market with brands such as Jenn-Air, Thermador, Bosch, Monogram, Sub-zero and Wolf. We aim to be the go-to furniture, appliance, and mattress retailer for Winnipeg and Southern Manitoba based on selection, quality, and exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Customer service, provide a personalized shopping experience to all clientele
- Manage the full sales process for furniture, appliances, and mattresses
- Develop and maintain strong knowledge of all products
- Maintain showroom floor appearance to the Wiens standard
- Meet or exceed Sales targets and Key performance indicators

- Scheduling flexibility, must be able to work Monday to Saturday days, with some evenings

**Qualifications**
- Sales experience in a retail environment would be an asset, but not required

**Compensation**
- Compensation is comprised of a base salary, commission, and bonus
- Reasonable expectations for earnings would be between $70,000 and $100,000, but could be higher
