Aperçu:
La personne titulaire du poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec le responsable de projet et l'équipe de projet pendant la phase d’implémentation de projets éoliens ou solaires, en particulier sur la gestion de contrats, le budget, l’échéancier, les risques, les contrôles internes du projet, les rapports et les relations avec certains partenaires externes. Cette personne sera responsable du suivi de la conformité de tous les contrats et du respect des politiques contractuelles.

Responsabilités:
**Gestion de projet**:

- Assiste le responsable de projet dans la planification, la coordination et la mise en place des projets assignés dans le respect du budget et de l’échéancier;
- Coordonner et assurer le suivi des activités quotidiennes de l'équipe de projet, telles que, le suivi des livrables contractuels, la réponse aux notifications et la clôture des actions des réunions précédentes;
- Préparer les rapports de progression de projet pour la haute direction, y compris les échéanciers, les rapports de coûts et l'analyse des risques ;
- Participer au développement et à la maintenance de la documentation du projet, des calendriers du projet et du registre des risques du projet. Travailler avec le personnel administratif du chantier pour maintenir toute la documentation du projet.
- Participer au transfert du projet entre l’équipe en charge de l’Implémentation et l’équipe de Gestion d’actifs;
- Coordonner la documentation avec les investisseurs financiers;
- Peut être affecté à la gestion et à la responsabilité d'éléments d'un projet (sous-station, ligne de transmission, analyse complexe, etc.) Cela comprend la gestion directe d'équipes interfonctionnelles, le budget, les responsabilités en matière de calendrier et l'interface avec les parties externes ;

**Gestion des contrats**:

- Suivre la conformité de l’exécution des contrats et des permis, en particulier le suivi des livrables contractuels
- Soutenir la coordination, la rédaction et l'analyse des demandes de propositions (RFP).
- Participer ou diriger les négociations contractuelles pour divers contrats (y compris les contrats de construction (BOP), les contrats d'approvisionnement, les accords de service, etc.) impliquant des équipes interfonctionnelles.
- Participer ou diriger les négociations des ordres de changements;
- Responsable de la révision des contrats et conseiller sur les changements éventuels à apporter aux futurs contrats en redéfinissant les modèles de contrats principaux ;
- Collaborer avec le service juridique dans le cadre de la résolution des réclamations ou des litiges ;
- Administrer les contrats, gérer les contreparties et assurer la conformité avec les politiques EDF Renewables, Inc. (EDFR).
- Responsable de l'acheminement des accords/documents pour les signatures.
- Déployer et maintenir le registre de conformité des contrats ; suivre les obligations contractuelles jusqu'à leur exécution satisfaisante.

**Suivi et contrôle**:

- Mettre en place et maintenir un budget de base détaillé fixé par le responsable du projet lors de la décision finale d'investissement (FID) ;
- Examiner et mettre à jour les rapports mensuels pour en vérifier l'exactitude et l'exhaustivité ;
- Collaborer avec le personnel administratif du département pour saisir les demandes d'achat et effectuer la réception des factures dans SAP.
- Préparer les rapports de progression du projet pour la direction générale, y compris les calendriers, les rapports sur les coûts et l'analyse des risques.
- Aider à la mise en œuvre des politiques de santé et de sécurité de l'EDFR.

Qualification:
**Conditions de travail***:
Environ 80 % du temps est passé dans un environnement de bureau, à utiliser des ordinateurs (utilisation fréquente de divers logiciels/programmes Microsoft), des téléphones et des équipements de bureau généraux. Environ 20 % du temps est passé à l'extérieur du bureau à visiter les sites des fournisseurs et/ou des clients internes et à assister à diverses conférences et réunions.

**Éducation**:

- Un baccalauréat en affaires ou dans un domaine connexe et un minimum de deux ans d'expérience en gestion de projets complexes ou une formation et une expérience équivalentes sont requis.
- L'expérience applicable peut comprendre la gestion des contrats, la déclaration des coûts, la gestion des risques et le suivi du calendrier.
- Une certification PMP est préférable.

**Compétences/connaissances/aptitudes**:

- Connaissance du domaine des énergies renouvelables ;
- Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite ;
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), MS Project et SAP ;
- Anglais courant ;
- Capacité à prendre des initiatives et à bien travailler au sein d'une équipe ;
- Compétences en matière de gestion du temps
