- 40% commission for sales ranging from $0-$999
- 45% commission for sales ranging from $1000-$1999
- 50% commission for sales of $2000 and above

Join our dynamic sales team focused on delivering top-quality window cleaning services directly to customers’ homes. We are looking for motivated individuals to enhance our door-to-door sales team. Training will be provided, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed.

**JOB OVERVIEW**:

- Utilize your interpersonal skills to go door-to-door in appropriate attire, presenting our window cleaning services to potential customers.
- Build personal connections with customers to secure sales while providing exceptional service.
- Master our pricing structure and services, understanding the competitive landscape to maximize your sales potential.
- Manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- This role is entirely commission-based, offering significant earning potential based on your performance.

**THE ROLE**:

- Engage with customers face-to-face, providing detailed information about our services.
- Schedule client appointments using our booking system.
- Be comfortable working outdoors and handling rejections professionally.
