**Job Purpose**:
À titre d’ingénieur stagiaire en prototypage, vous être un membre actif auprès de l'équipe de projets au niveau des opérations. Vous êtes responsable de multiples projets reliés aux prototypes et à l’amélioration des processus internes ainsi que la création et l’amélioration des outils de gestion de projets.

Le stagiaire se fera assigner des tâches de création et amélioration des outils de gestion de projets et des indicateurs de suivi pertinents aux différents projets (KPI)

Votre rôle sera d’agir en tant qu’agent de liaison entre les équipes de projets au niveau du prototypage, de l’industrialisation et des opérations pour la gestion des demandes spéciales, des processus et pour le suivi des commandes de produits en support aux gestionnaires de projets.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
Vos défis

Développer, créer et optimiser des outils de gestion de projets et des indicateurs de suivi pertinents aux différents projets (KPI)
S'assurer que les projets sont réalisés conformément aux procédures internes (jalons du projet, liste de contrôle des phases, etc.);
Créer/Améliorer les processus afin d’optimiser les activités de l’équipe prototypage;
Coordonner les équipes de techniciens prototypage, d'industrialisation, d'approvisionnement, de qualité et des tests de production;
Veiller à la mise en œuvre des actions nécessaires au respect des délais des projets;
Déterminer, évaluer et gérer les risques des projets;
Trouver des solutions appropriées pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux risques définis;
Utiliser le système SAP ERP pour effectuer des requêtes d’achat et des suivi des commandes
Interpréter les plans et les spécifications des composantes, assemblages et de l’outillage;
Agir en tant que pompier pour gérer les demandes ponctuelles (réparations, investigations, assemblages spéciaux, etc.);
Participer à la dynamique d'amélioration continue afin de contribuer à l'efficacité de l'entreprise et à l'évolution de la profession.
Vos forces

Selon les projets retenus pour l’étudiant, les compétences suivantes sont nécessaires:
Étudiant en génie mécanique, électrique, industriel ou GPA;
Grande versatilité et flexibilité;
Habileté à l'interpréter des plans de composante, d'assemblage et des spécifications techniques;
Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques, dont la suite Office (SharePoint est un atout)
Expérience en programmation VBA, Java, Java script, C Sharpe(un atout);
Expérience en interaction client/serveur (un atout);
Habiletés à guider et coordonner l’avancement des projets avec les membres d’une équipe multidisciplinaire;
Autonomie et proactivité;
Rigueur au travail;
Aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et la communication;
Joueur d’équipe;
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit).
