We are seeking a Log Truck Driver.

**Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate and drive a log truck to transport logs from harvesting sites to designated locations.
- Secure logs using chains and binders to ensure they are properly loaded and transported.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the truck to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all transportation laws and regulations, including weight limits and hours of service.
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours, mileage, and log delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements.
- Experience driving log trucks.
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work long hours as needed.
- Physical ability to load and unload logs and perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks.

Pay: $34.34 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Licence/Certification:

- Class 1 Licence (required)

Work Location: On the road

Expected start date: 2024-05-06
