**Responsibilities**
- To enhance WH management by categorized system
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring the quality of goods
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
- Communicate with all other staff to ensure the proper fulfillment of each order
- Prompt loading of the truck to get deliveries out on time
- Ensure all orders are placed in correct order with the delivery schedule
- Pick all orders within the day accurately
- Double Check all picked orders if correct quantity
- Ensure all orders are wrapped and ready to load in the morning
- Throw all the garbage in the warehouse and in the office. Timing: either when it is full or every Friday
- Ensure that all the doors are locked before leaving
- Report if any machine or equipment is broken in the warehouse
- Suggest if any materials are needed (extra pallets, shrink wrap, cutters, etc)
- Supervise the unloading of the container by general labour (3-4 a month)
- Clean up and organize the warehouse (mop and sweep as needed)
- Count inventory as requested

**Requirements**:

- Experience with QB System or any other warehouse management system
- Proven work experience as a warehouse lead and can bring knowledge to this job
- Inventory management and allocation system such as proper monitoring of expiry dates and FIFO.
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
