Spécialiste aux opérations/Operations Specialist

**En quoi consiste le rôle ?**

Le groupe des services à l’entreprise de RBC (BLOG) cherche à combler un poste de spécialiste aux opérations qui jouera un rôle clé dans le processus de crédit qui soutient les partenaires commerciaux. Ce rôle est responsable de l’amélioration de l’expérience du client grâce à un suivi efficace dans la préparation de l’entente de service et des garanties. Ce rôle fournit un lien entre les gestionnaires de compte commerciaux et le client pour un soutien à valeur ajoutée dans le cycle de vente / services.

**Quelles seront vos tâches ?**
- Passer en revue le crédit et s'assurer que des détails de transaction sont bien définies, clarifier avec le gestionnaire de comptes, le CAG et/ou la gestion des risques commerciaux pour accomplir la documentation
- Préparez l’entente de service du client, comme décrit sur le crédit approuvé
- Préparez les sécurités du client, comme décrit sur le crédit approuvé
- S’adaptez au changement
- Travailler selon le volume de travail en suivant les engagements de l’entente de service avec nos partenaires
- s’assurer de faire un suivi des routines de services pour que vous puissiez éteindre une haute performance et pour augmenter l'expérience de client

**De quoi avez-vous besoin pour réussir ? Exigences**
- Bilingue (français et anglais)
- Excellentes compétences en organisation et communication - Attention aux détails, capacité de travailler sous pression et dans des délais serrés, pour maintenir un niveau supérieur de service à la clientèle
- Les heures d’ouverture sont de 8h30 à 17H00 et des heures supplémentaires occasionnellement au besoin pendant les périodes de pointe Atouts
- L’expérience précédente dans la préparation de la documentation est préférée
- Connaissances pratique de Synergy
- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience en banque dans le secteur commercial - Compétence en MS Word
- Connaissances dans la documentation de garanties

**What is the opportunity?**

RBC’s Business Service Centre (BSC) is looking to fill the position of Operations officer who will play a key role in the mitigation of credit and operational risk related to credit processes supporting the Commercial Financial Services Sales partners. This role is responsible for enhancing the client experience through efficient preparation of the Letter Agreements and the documentation of the guaranties. This role provides linkage between Commercial Account Managers and the client for value-added support in the sales/service cycle.

**What will you do?**
- Review the credit and ensure that transaction details are well defined, clarify with the Account Manager, GAC and / or Business Risk Management to complete the documentation.
- Prepare the letter agreement, as described on the approved credit. - Prepare the customer's security as described on the approved credit.
- Adapt to change.
- Work according to the volume of work by following the commitments of the service agreement with our partners.
- Ensure you track service routines so you can turn off high performance and increase the customer experience
