Description

**Position**:Cosmetic Consultant

**Location**: Heart Pharmacy Fairfield

- We are looking for a passionate and creative Cosmetics Consultant to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently and creatively while contributing to the success of our cosmetics section.

**Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Relations:_** **Liaise with vendors, negotiate terms, and source new and exciting products that align with our brand values.
- Product Sourcing: _Continuously seek out and evaluate new products from local and niche brands to keep our selection fresh and appealing.
- Customer Assistance:_ Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and educating customers on product benefits, usage, and suitability.
- Sales Targets: _Set and achieve sales targets, driving the growth of our cosmetics section.
- Merchandising: _Maintain and creatively merchandise the cosmetics section to enhance the shopping experience and highlight new products.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the cosmetics or retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products, particularly local and niche brands.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work towards achieving them.
- Passionate about beauty and staying updated on industry trends.
