**What you will do**:
Rumble is seeking a
**Manager of Strategic Initiatives** to assist executive leadership within a number of key verticals including finance, marketing, sales & operations to drive communication and assist with coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
- Direct collaboration with executive team
- Manage a wide variety of strategic projects (finance, marketing, sales, operations) from concept to execution
- Collaborate with the different parts of the organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years work experience (e.g. management consulting, investment banking) and/or MBA
- Strong business acumen with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Strong sense of urgency and highly resourceful
- Proven ability to develop relationships and lead through influence
- High tolerance for ambiguity, complexity, and changing priorities
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- MBA is an asset
- Marketing experience is a plus
- Project management experience is a plus
