Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

Motorway Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate inventory activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
  • Establish and oversee work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Plan and organize operational logistics to meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Physical capabilities to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
  • Personal suitability, including client focus, flexibility, initiative, judgement, organized, reliability, and team player.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Physical demands of the job include lifting up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and up to 23 kg (50 lbs) as needed.
