**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of call center staff.
- Provide guidance and support to staff in resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service levels.
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely manner.
- Train and coach call center staff on customer service best practices.
- Create reports on call center performance and customer feedback.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
