**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a general labour technician. The ideal technician would be willing to provide both restoration and cleaning services as needed.
This role requires attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in both independent and team-oriented environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections of properties to assess needs.
- Perform restoration duties as needed, including but not limited to equipment set up and monitoring, water extraction, and more.
- Perform repairs to structural components, including drywall, flooring, ceilings, and more.
- Perform duties in other areas of work as needed, including trauma cleaning biohazard decontamination.
- Ensure repairs meet industry standards and adhere to safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
- Transport equipment and materials needed between company property and job sites.
- Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of clients and their families at all times.
- Document work performed and maintaint accurate records of services provided.
- Respond to emergency calls outside of regular working hours in accordance with on-call schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in restoration or a similar industry.
- Experience in cleaning or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
