En tant qu’Associé aux Ventes, votre rôle est crucial dans la création d’une expérience de magasinage exceptionnelle. Vous établirez un lien avec les clients, comprendrez leurs besoins et les guiderez vers les meilleurs produits pour leur mode de vie et leurs activités.

- Inspirer et aider les clients en entamant des conversations authentiques dans le but de comprendre leurs besoins et d’offrir des recommandations d’expert.
- Stimuler les ventes et surpasser les objectifs de vente personnels et collectifs en restant motivé.
- Créer une expérience en magasin exceptionnelle par le maintien d’un magasin visuellement attrayant et bien approvisionné.
- Garder une longueur d'avance en développant continuellement vos connaissances sur l’équipement de pointe, les tendances et les innovations.
