This position is for our Extendicare St. Catharines Home, located in St. Catharines, Ontario.
- Available opportunities: 111-24 - Permanent Part-Time (15.00 hours) - Day Shift (6 a.m. - 2 p.m.)
Must Be Available For our 2nd Weekend - August 31st / September 1st and biweekly out from there. (Sept 14 / 15, 28/29, Oct 12/13... and so on
- What you’ll be doing- Develop, implement, review and evaluate resident care plans-
- Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.-
- Provide leadership to personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work-
- Assist in orienting and training new team membersWhat you bring- Current registration with provincial College of Nurses-
