**Job Description**:
The role of the Product Management in our organization is focused in three core areas; execution and delivery of product approved projects for new and ongoing initiatives, supporting business development activities, and supporting the execution and maintenance of the target operating model.

**Reporting to the Head of Private Equity and Real Assets You Will**:

- Collaborate across stakeholder groups to generate and document business requirements for development and business implementation.
- Define and implement business solutions through analysis of current state, requirements and identified gaps.
- Documenting, and maintaining requirements including system overviews, functional narratives and detailed Use Cases and Use Case Scenarios.
- Working virtually and globally to deliver a consistent service to internal and external stakeholders irrespective of their location or time-zone.
- Create and maintain effective communication within Product team and across the involved business lines.
- Creation and maintenance of supporting product documentation

**Qualifications**:
**You Have**:

- 3+ years of work experience in gathering requirements.
- Experience working in the alternative investment fund services with an understanding of Private Equity and Real Estate fund structures, accounting, processes, and life cycles.
- Experience working with Private Equity systems like Investran or Yardi is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in extracting and documenting business requirements using standard methodologies, and procedures.
- Experience modeling business processes to support product operational usage. Can produce artifacts such as process models, use cases, procedural guides and scenarios.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Word.
