We are currently looking for an individual to work as a:
**TECHNICIAN - PAINT**

NIGHT SHIFT

(Training on Day shift)

**Position Details**:

- Proper use of PPE at all times
- Operate, troubleshoot and maintain highly automated equipment
- Assist in Preventative Maintenance program
- Major cleaning / maintenance activities for scheduled plant shutdown periods
- Assist with daily process startup, process improvements, and equipment upgrades
- Assist with cross training other Paint and Maintenance Technicians and General Associates to assist with regular maintenance activities
- Follow and maintain department procedures
- Other duties as required
- Full-time position with benefits after 3 months of employment
- Wage commensurate with work experience

**Qualifications**:

- Related work experience or 2 years community college in Electronics or Robotics
- Mechanical/electronics experience
- Computer literacy with emphasis on MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - able to give instruction & listen to feedback
- Ability to problem solve and work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to wear all proper PPE and work with paint chemicals
- Ability to work flexible work hours as needed
