We are currently looking for an individual to work as a:
TECHNICIAN - PAINT

(Afternoons)

**Position Details**:

- Complete Mix Room tasks and responsibilities
- Mix paint per required formulations
- Operate, troubleshoot and maintain equipment
- Ensure proper grounding and bonding of materials
- Accurately complete logs and records
- Maintain tools and equipment in a clean & orderly manner
- Ensure synchronized preparation of paint supply to achieve line throughput (schedule accuracy)
- Communicate paint product issues to dept Specialist and Quality Control
- Work in a team environment with Paint Technicians regarding any paint issues (viscosity, supply, etc.)
- Participate in training programs related to safety and technical areas of the paint process
- Full-time position with benefits after 3 months of employment
- Starting wage of $19.95 per hour with opportunity for wage to increase

**Qualifications**:

- Related work experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - able to give instruction & listen to feedback
- Ability to learn relevant Production computer software
- Understanding of Production and/or Paint processes
- Ability to problem solve and work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to wear all proper PPE and work with paint chemicals
- Ability to move 50lb repeatedly using assistive devices
- Ability to work flexible work hours as needed
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs repeatedly
