- Read and interpret design instructions to understand project specifications.
- Examine surfaces and molds to determine the type and amount of work required before painting.
- Mix paints and other materials to achieve the desired colors and textures.
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the final product meets the required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and ensure all tools and materials are handled properly.

**Vue d'ensemble du poste**:
L'objectif principal du peintre de pierre alternative est d'appliquer des compétences artistiques et un œil attentif aux détails pour peindre à l'intérieur des moules, créant des pierre décoratives de haute qualité qui imitent l'apparence et la texture de la pierre naturelle.

**Responsabilités clés**:

- Lire et interpréter les instructions de conception pour comprendre les spécifications du projet.
- Examiner les surfaces et les moules pour déterminer le type et la quantité de travail requis avant la peinture.
- Mélanger les peintures et autres matériaux pour obtenir les couleurs et textures souhaitées.
- Appliquer la peinture dans les moules en béton en utilisant diverses techniques pour répliquer l'aspect de la pierre naturelle.
- Effectuer des contrôles d'assurance qualité pour s'assurer que le produit final répond aux normes requises.
- Maintenir un espace de travail propre et organisé et s'assurer que tous les outils et matériaux sont manipulés correctement.

**Qualifications**:

- Attention aux détails et une forte capacité artistique.
- Capacité à lire et à suivre les instructions de conception.
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps pour compléter les tâches dans les délais.
