A **Territory Manager** position entails providing information about the products and services of the company to customers to increase sales and to develop or maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
The Territory Manager works closely with the Branch Manager to develop sales programs and strategies to attain annual budget targets.

- **Vigilance.** Report customer satisfaction, trends and other useful information to parts and service supervisors. Develop rapport with customers and be the eyes and ears of the branch; take opportunities to make a difference.
- **Tech savvy.** You will be comfortable with learning new software and you'll also have the ability to communicate with technicians and customers regarding equipment.
- **Diligence.** We have adopted best practices when developing our systems and procedures and you'll become a champion for consistently staying in the lines. This is a detail-oriented position and you have already developed personal systems for organizing your work, ensuring your follow-up, and you are a stickler for accuracy.
