**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting such as scraping, degreasing
- Move materials with forklift load/unload delivery trucks
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project specifications are met

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in construction painting techniques
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in painting and labor tasks
- Forklift experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints for accurate project execution
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Capability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members
